Introduction to the Census (2001) - reference report

What it's about

The Introduction to the Census is a resource for use with data from the 2001 Census of Population and Dwellings. It provides users of census data with information about confidentiality, quality, the history of census taking in New Zealand and the phases in the census cycle including planning, enumeration and communication, processing and output. The report also provides information about follow up surveys from the 2001 Census.
