Changes in the seasonally adjusted value of transactions for January 2016 (compared with December 2015) were:

Total electronic card transactions rose 0.6 percent.
Transactions in the retail industries rose 0.3 percent.
Transactions in the core retail industries rose 0.6 percent.

Change to seasonally adjusted card transaction values by industry, change from the January 2016 month.
